Pedestrian access to the finish area by public transport and hiking
- by the Signal aerial cableway from St. Moritz Bad (lower part of St. Moritz) on a winter hiking path from the upper terminus walking 10 minutes downhill. There is a large parking area at Signal valley station as well as the bus stop "Signal" with connections from the train station and from Maloja just across the street)
- by the Chantarella-Corviglia cable car, go off after the first section at Chantarella and take the winter hiking path for ca. 20 minutes uphill to Salastrains and the finish area (car parking "Rondelle" in the center of St. Moritz just steps from the valley station of the cable car, or the larger "Serletta", a 10 minutes' walk along the designer shopping street to the center)
- for a scenic winter hike look for the Via Tinus leaving from the center, calculate 45 to 60 minutes uphill, either direct to Salastrains on a paved road or at the fork halfway up take the left-hand path through the forest and right at the next parting of the ways keep right to arrive directly to the finish area
